Photography/Photoshop

Rule of Thirds

For this picture, I had to use the Rule of Thirds. This is based on the idea that the human eye is automatically attracted to a point about two-thirds up a picture. Because of this, I placed the Swedish flag and the Swedish Crown sign in these positions.

Perspective

For this picture, I had to find an interesting perspective of an everyday occurrence. I chose to take a street view photo of the Brunswick Hotel. I accomplished this by waiting until the street was clear for me to take my photo.

Use of Light

For this picture, I had to use light to make my photo "pop." I thought it would be an interesting idea to take my dala horse from home and line it up with others down town. While doing this, I made sure the sun was shining on them to make their colors pop and to make shadows. Also, the light made the sidewalk's crack look defined.

4 Week Independent Project

This was my 4-week independent project. For the first 3 weeks, I focused on learning about all the aspects of photoshop I could get my hands on. For my 4th week, I created this picture using the knowledge I had gained.

Tech ID

This is my Tech ID. I created this in the first few days of my Sophomore year. This project is a fun way to start the year and show off what you remember and what you can learn.

Adobe Illustrator

This is my Adobe Illustrator project. I created this during my 4 Week Independent Project. This logo was made for the football team's tradition of going to a buffet and eating as much as they can.
